  • WOD classes (boot camp, lunchtime and evening) – follows a functional fitness programme which aims to develop fitness generally by exposing the ten different components of fitness. Stamina, Cardiovascular endurance, Power, Strength, Speed, Flexibility, Co-ordination, Balance, Agility and Accuracy. This programme is a combination of weightlifting, body weight movements and metabolic conditioning. Each class is designed to tailor all fitness levels and abilities. Movements that are complicating can be scaled to the individual’s level and ability. Duration of class 1hr. Maximum of 6 people per class. Must book in via Team Up, first come first serve. Must attend 6 induction WOD classes (3 weeks). These classes include:
  1. Introduction and explanation to the programme.
  2. Breakdown of nine functional movements that include the air squat, front squat and over-head squat. Strict press, push press and push jerk. Deadlift, sumo deadlift high-pull and medicine ball clean.
  3. Gives beginners a taste of this method of training, exposure to a class environment and the structure of each session.
  4. During the fourth week, individuals are able to attend a week of WOD classes and open gym before joining as a full member the following month.
  • Assault-Fit classes – Simple class designed to burn 500+ calories every session. This session is aimed at improving metabolic conditioning, muscular endurance and fatigue management. Assault-fit+ is the same concept, only 15mins longer. Maximum of 8 people per class. Induction necessary. Get in touch to book in, all members book via Team Up, first come first serve!
  • Open Gym – This slot is an opportunity for all gym members to use as and when they please. It is an opportunity to ‘do your own thing’ or follow programmes that will be put in place if you are unable to make a class. Must book in order to ensure there isn’t a crowded gym. Members only!
  • Women’s Only classes – A fun environment that aims to keep you moving throughout the duration of the session. Simple movements, simple circuit format performed at a high intensity. All movements can be scaled to the individual’s abilities and fitness levels. Duration of class 45mins. Maximum of 8 people per class. Induction necessary. Get in touch to book in, all members book via Team Up, first come first serve!
  • Master’s 40+ Circuit classes – A fun environment that aims to keep you moving throughout the duration of the session. All participants must be 40+ years old. Simple movements, simple circuit format performed at a high intensity. All movements can be scaled to the individual’s abilities and fitness levels. Duration of class 45mins. Maximum of 8 people per class. Induction necessary. Get in touch to book in, all members book via Team Up, first come first serve!
  • Kettle-bell’s & Core  – This class is specifically aimed at learning a variety of kettle-bell drills and skills. Simple, intermediate and complex skills will be introduced as each individual develops. The following components of fitness will be targeted, balance, co-ordination power and muscular endurance. Core will also be involved generally throughout the class. All movements can be scaled to the individual’s ability. Duration of class 45mins. Maximum of 8 people per class.   • Baby-Fit – A class that gives an opportunity to Mum’s that are 6 weeks post birth. Bring your little one along in their car seat. Baby’s will be able sit safely during the class while their mum gets a good workout done. Movement’s included in this class can be scaled to the individuals ability and fitness level. A letter from your GP is essential in order to take part in these classes. Maximum of 8 people per class. Get in touch to book in, all members book via Team Up, first come first serve!
  • Teen-Fit (12-18 years) – A fun & safe environment for your children to exercise. They will learn the correct technique to performing functional movements. They will also gain exposure to the 10 general components of fitness. Accuracy, agility, balance, cardiovascular endurance, co-ordination, flexibility, power, speed, stamina and strength. We believe that all components play a huge role in the physical development of any child. So we look forward to giving them the opportunity to get fit and have fun at the same time.  Maximum of 6 people per class. No induction necessary. Must book through parent/legal guardian, first come first serve! A consent form must be fully completed before any child is able to take part in class! (This class is NOT AVAILABLE at this moment in time, but will be returning to the timetable in the near future).
  • Fundamentals Beginners- During these classes, participants will be exposed to the foundation movements of functional fitness in an environment that will help introduce beginners to the class environment. During the 4 session, participants will develop knowledge and confidence whilst exercising with others. The first 3 classes will be focused on the mechanics and technique of movements. During the 4th session, participants will have the opportunity to experience what a class feels like to take part in. Maximum of 6 people per class. Must book in, once dates have been released for the month. (This class is NOT AVAILABLE at this moment in time, but will be returning to the timetable in the near future).
  • PT hours – One-to-one, couple and small group bookings. Sessions can be tailored and designed to your personal preference. Long and short term goals can be discussed. Nutritional guidance and advice can also be given.
